Estimated Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us

offer a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is 

returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the re-

shipping costs. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the recipient, we will contact you to 

arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping fees will apply. If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a 

refund will be issued for the product cost, less the original shipping fee and any return shipping 

charges incurred.
